The probability of losing billable hours due to loss of scratch notes and poor memory was great. Sporadic billing leads to poor cash management. TimeTrak is designed to do several things to make your valuable time work for you. It makes the job of noting what you do and how long it takes to do it simple. It keeps track of all of your clients. It bills your clients. And it records the receipt of money from your billings. Since this system keeps track of your Accounts Receivable, or income, you need only worry about keeping track of your expenses. Additionally, the reports in this system let you know where you stand in terms of accounts receivable, income, and unbilled hours at any time. One report will indicate where your time is being spent for any given period of time. To run program, enter: FOXPRUN TIMETRAK The Batch files, TTMAIN.BAT and TTMAINA.BAT will run TimeTrak with the program in the default directory and in drive B: respectively. Just enter: TTMAIN <--- prog in default directory or: TTMAINA <--- prog in drive B: If you plan to install the program on a hard disk, remove the command "del ttmain.*" from the file INSTALL.BAT with a text editor or word processor and save the edited file in ASCII. Running INSTALL.BAT without modification will result in the loss of the program TTMAIN.BAT which you can use to run Timetrak. This is a shareware product. If you like and use it regularly, you are expected to register it with the author and pay his requested registration fee. The shareware concept allows you to try the program before you register. You are under no obligation to pay the registration fee if you decide not to use the program.
